Tropical Care Services employes and has established relationships with Virgin Gorda’s best and most reliable tradesmen and women. We personally supervise all work to make sure it meets your exacting standards. Our primary services are detailed below.

BILL PAYMENT : T.C.S. will pay your on-island bills and provide you with an itemized monthly statement.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS : To ensure villa security and functionality of systems, T.C.S. inspects your property's doors, windows, plumbing, kitchen appliances, pool, and cistern. Significant issues are immediately directed to the owner's attention. A detailed monthly report is also provided.

GARDENING : T.C.S can provide you with a full-time gardener, someone to do a seasonal cleanup or something in between. We prune trees, rake leaves, mow lawns, perform extensive property cleanup, as well as provide full service landscaping. Tell us what you are looking for and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

POOL MAINTENANCE : T.C.S will keep your pool clean and functioning correctly. Services include vacuuming, skimming for leaves, chemical treatments, and upkeep and repair of pumps and filters. You and your guests can enjoy your pool to it's fullest. Our pool technicians will do the rest.

MAID SERVICES : T.C.S employs maids who take pride in keeping your villa up to five-star standards. We sweep, mop, vacuum, take out the trash, do laundry, iron, dust, do dishes, clean windows, change linens, and clean bathrooms, Whether you are a full-time resident looking for a full-time maid or a seasonal visitor looking for periodic housekeeping, T.C.S will provide the service that is perfectly suited to your home and personal needs.

Tropical Care Services prides ourselves on providing professional guest relations with caring island hospitality. For owners who choose to rent your island property, we will manage every aspect of servicing your guests.

We will market your property and take reservations on your behalf. Before your guests arrive, we will plan activities (scuba diving & day sails), arrange for car rental, and provision groceries and supplies. Your guests will be met at their point of entry and escorted to your property. We will provide daily hotel style housekeeping and will work to ensure that your guests and your property are well taken care of. Tell us how we can help you.

IRMA COLLYMORE
OWNER, TROPICAL CARE SERVICES

Born and raised in St. Lucia, Irma Collymore first moved to Virgin Gorda in 1985. Over the years Irma has lived in both New York and Vancouver, but she always knew the British Virgin Islands would be her permanent home.

In 2002 Irma started a business called Tropical Nannies. This company provides babysitting services for local children and families vacationing in the British Virgin Islands. Her love of children and warm personality has resulted in many repeat customers. As an offshoot of Tropical Nannies, Irma runs a hugely successful summer camp that caters to children of both local residents and ex-patriots living on Virgin Gorda. In the fall, Irma’s annual Halloween party has become a big hit with children of all ages.

Eager to apply her hospitality and business skills to the world of property management, Irma started her second company in 2003 and called it Tropical Care Services. It was not long before Irma earned a reputation for conscientious property management and first class guest relations. Homeowners trust Irma with their island homes and know that their property and guests will be well taken care of.

HOWARD LEVENSON

Howard Levenson first visited Virgin Gorda in the Spring of 2004. Within hours of his arrival, relatives living on the island introduced him to Irma Collymore. The rest is history. Howard moved to Virgin Gorda in the Summer of 2004 and Irma and Howard were married the following year. They have been living, loving, and working together ever since.
